2. Fill out the Work-Order form:

   This ensures we receive all the necessary information to provide you with the perfect staffing solutions.

   - Our team will review your staffing request and dispatch staff according to your orders.

   - Deposit of [$30.00] is required for initial staffing reservations

   - Payment is due upon the completion of services (end of shift), unless prior billing arrangements have been made in writing.
